Excellent and amiable staff, breakfasts were savoury.
My superior king room had effective Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker. Plus it had a beautiful view of the mountains...

The breakfast spread was tasty, including prosecco and decaffeinated coffee. They gave me a fantastic and fairly quiet room with a wonderful view and terrace. - the location was great for exploring Pec pod Snezkou, with a restaurant across the street, the cable car to the highest Czech mountain, and the town center nearby.

Cool hotel with spotlessly clean and stylish rooms and a private bathroom. Favourable and perfect location, GOOD area, just next door to the highest Czech mountain. For tea or coffee visit Kovarna Cafe & Restaurant nearby.

I greatly enjoyed this modern place, stayed there for 2 nights. All the stuff was excellant and amiable, tackled my issues. Stayed in fantastic superior king room with comfy bed. There where tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware in the room too. The hotel was in a particularly good position really close to cable car leading to the highest Czech mountain, the restaurant, reception, and wellness, and the mountains.
The staff were disappointing, didn't expect that coming.

Our stay at the hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was amazing - we upgraded to a double deluxe with two balconies, one of which was like a little deck right outside our bed. The location was perfect, right in the center of town and within walking distance to the cable car. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
The breakfast could be improved with a wider variety of options, especially for vegetarians.
